Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Items that have been opened or show signs of use are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged due to courier handling, contact us immediately at info@ohallawellness.comwith photographic evidence.
- We will send out a replacement product free of charge in such cases.
How to Return a Product
- Email us at info@ohallawellness.com with:
- Your order details.
- The reason for the return.
- Once approved, securely package the product to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the package to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to courier damage.
Refund Process
- For eligible returns, a full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
