This session is all about getting to know you, your health needs, and goals. Together we will discuss your current health status and how we can achieve these goals.
During this initial session, I complete a comprehensive assessment of your medical, nutrition and weight histories. As well as any medications, supplements, food allergies, food preferences and general lifestyle habits.
After this session you will receive:
- A detailed personalized nutritional and lifestyle protocol designed to fit your specific needs and requirements.
- Relevant informational handouts to help you gain knowledge, and so that you can refer back to it when needed.
- A 5-Day meal plan with recipes catered to your specific needs. This will be based on personal likes/dislikes, overall ability in the kitchen and dietary restrictions)
- A list of recommended supplements to help support the body. (supplements are sold separately)

We will take a deep dive into the truth about how the food you eat impacts your emotional well being. Here you’ll gain science backed knowledge on which foods either positively or negatively impact your mental state. Having this knowledge is essential for change!
It is so easy to feel disempowered when it comes to your health, because we often leave it up to others. Working with me will put the power back in your hands. You will learn how to make easy, but necessary diet & lifestyle changes that will become a part of your daily life.
You will learn the truth about how our gut & brain are so finely connected and the importance of taking care of your gut microbiome in order to achieve optimal emotional and mental strength.
